Part I and
Primer Part II were prepared for the Qualitative Modeling
Workshop held at the HJ Andrews Long-Term Ecological Research Station in
October 2001. They contain an introduction to loop analysis.
Dambacher's PhD thesis contains his extensions to loop
analysis, including the weighted prediction matrix to assess ambiguity in
Moctezuma-Montano's PhD thesis contains a combinatoric approach
for the reconstruction of community structure from partially specified
communities. The relevant chapters are available for download.
Maple program included in this download section accepts output
from PowerPlay and performs the analyses described in Jeff Dambacher's thesis.
