Primer Part I and Primer Part II were prepared for the Qualitative Modeling Workshop held at the HJ Andrews Long-Term Ecological Research Station in October 2001. They contain an introduction to loop analysis.

Jeff Dambacher's PhD thesis contains his extensions to loop analysis, including the weighted prediction matrix to assess ambiguity in community structure.

Gabriela Moctezuma-Montano's PhD thesis contains a combinatoric approach for the reconstruction of community structure from partially specified communities. The relevant chapters are available for download.

The Maple program included in this download section accepts output from PowerPlay and performs the analyses described in Jeff Dambacher's thesis.
